Email us

The best way to reach Tax Sale Atlas is by email at [email protected]. We read every message. Because this is a small, independent project, please allow a few business days for a reply.

Report a correction

Every legal and logistical fact on our county and state pages carries a source and a verification date, but rules, dates, fees, auction platforms, and office contacts change, and errors are possible. If you spot something wrong or out of date, please tell us. Include:

  • The page (a link is ideal) and the specific fact that looks wrong.
  • What the correct information is, and where you saw it (for example, the county Tax Collector or Clerk of Court page).

When we confirm a correction against the primary source, we update the page and its verification date. We would rather fix one number than mislead one reader.

The email opens prefilled with the details we need. We read every message and, because this is a small, independent project, usually reply within a few business days.

Who you are reaching

Tax Sale Atlas is a project of Amenti Labs LLC, maintained by Evan Reid, Founder. We compile tax-sale data from primary sources: state statutes and official county offices. We are not attorneys or financial advisors, and we do not provide legal or investment advice. See our about page and editorial process for how the data is researched and sourced.

What we cannot do

We cannot give legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, tell you whether a specific lien or parcel is a good buy, or act on your behalf with a county. For those, consult a licensed professional in the relevant state. See our disclaimer.
