Florida tax sale forms and resources

The official forms and references behind a Florida tax sale. Every link below points to the state or county source, so you are always working from the authoritative document.

Florida is a hybrid state. The county Tax Collector runs the tax certificate (lien) sale, and after a certificate holder applies, the Clerk of the Circuit Court runs the tax deed sale. The DR-5xx forms are prescribed statewide by the Florida Department of Revenue but are filed with, and executed by, county officials.
